3. This organization is the worst in the history of sports. Dolan is FUCKING GARBAGE. He hires a GM that has hired 4head coaches. Who the hell is given that opportunity in any sports? 15. Getting rid of Panarin reminds me of the old Ralph Kiner story. He went in to the owner to ask for a contract raise after leading the league in Home Runs and was told 'We finished in last place with you, we can finish in last place without you".

17. The what ifs about drafting are irrelevant. The Rangers ruined their draft picks. The players didn’t bust. If there were just a few failed prospects I’d agree it was poor picking but when almost every single draft pick busted maybe it’s not the players but development system. Just sayin.

18. i hate relitigating drafts but they traded stepan to get that 7th overall pick (which never happens so it shows what AZ thought of that pick spot) and took a guy who was compared to jesper fast. no offense but that alone killed the rebuild. then the next year reaching for kravtsov who no one heard of. of course, its a crapshoot – but at least have a sound methodology. just infuriating.

19. I'm resigned to the fact that I'll never see another Cup in my lifetime. This team not being ready to start a game, game after game is mind boggling. Their development staff of Jed, Tanner, Marc couldn't develop a Polaroid. Those 3 need to go along with the whole bunch of scouts. I was in favor of JT as captain. Boy was I so wrong. He plays so lazy and when he scores or is out there for a goal he never bothers to even raise his stick. He has lost interest and is a big disappointment. Neither JT nor Trocheck should be on that Olympic team. Troch overhear on the phone telling Guerin "whatever you need, Billy! You know that" How bout you do that for your team and stop taking penalties game after game. I also think Quinn should be fired again. Why he was brought back is also mind boggling. The culture in that room is so damaged. So many moves need to be made. This team is embarrassing.

23. First round picks – Sharks get an out-and-out star – we wind up with a glorified third liner who is allergic to D, and has had a poor points total inflated by playing with a league star. Ranger luck for you. Oh to have a player like Celebrini.

    And there can't be many more overrated players than Miller. To think some people actually called him a superstar. Ridiculous.

26. Player Development is high on the list but it always starts at the top. As far as bringing in more youthful players I disagree just look at the Panthers & Lightning a great blend of seasoned Veterans and youth 🏒

28. Remember the first time NYR was supposed to build the franchise around JT Miller? Remember what happened? He got traded to Tampa. Another example of how Gorton ruined NYR. If Gorton never traded Miller after the first letter and stayed the course I wonder what it looks like today having JT Miller during his prime? As far as Dolan goes, he didn't even know Marian Gaborik played on the Power Play. Dolan's young son feeds him hockey information and makes recomendations. That's who is really making the decisions. Dolan's teenage son, I don't know how old he is but Dolan admits it. You can take that to the bank, Dolan's son is making the decisions.
