  1. The Mets went woke. When they supported transgender. They lost another fan. I have been a faithful fan since the beginning. I was a dodger fan when they played in Brooklyn. The New York Mets cross the line. And I will never visit them again. I was one of the first to enter Shea stadium. Back in the day I worked at the world fair. They are done in my book. And the Yankees are racist.

  2. DAMN I wish they could've kept Acuna, but I understand Overall this a very good trade, & it appears that the NEW Mets team is finally coming together. Now we need to address pitching more. LFGM!!

  3. Solid defense up the middle and has all 5 tools. For Acuna who was in a log jam and an other who is meh. Yes a Top SP IS STILL NEEDED… I have faith in Stearns🎉

  4. How do you sign a player for 15 years, $700million+…the next season you miss the playoffs, followed by shipping off of a handful of beloved Mets. Seems like the priority is that fucking Casino, not actually building a powerhouse team.

  5. Please don’t gaslight people into thinking this was a good move. The white Sox would have traded this moron AFTER finding out where Cody signed. The Mets clearly are in panic I have to do something mode and praying to god these two assholes become superstars

  6. BRANDON NIMMO IS A VASTLY SUPERIOR OITFIELDER AND HITTER AND LEADER TO ROBERT JR. STEARNS AND COHEN HAVE PISSED AWAY ACUNA JR AND A PITCHER ON AN INJURED-RIDDLED INFERIOR PROBLEM. STEARNS AND COHEN ARE IN.PANIC MODE.

  7. I am a White Sox fan who has probably have watched every game he has ever played. (albeit on tv.)
He doesn't have a "little bit of a injury problem" He has been injured most of his career.
He simply can't hit a slider away. He can't do it. He will hit home runs on mistake pitches.
He is an athletic CF who can make play in the gap. He has trouble coming in on certain balls.
He will steal basis. If he stay's healthy he will be OK. But, he will strike out- alot.

  8. This is a very good and low risk trade. Roberts brings Gold Glove defense. I think Roberts is going to thrive in a much better lineup. Last year Lindor stole 31 bases, Soto 38 and Roberts 33 … 102 stolen bases from your no. 9, no. 1 and no. 2 hitters. Bichette (batting 3rd) may have a career year in RBIs.
