Mike McDaniels now wants the Raiders HC job so its his now. The Rams will beat the Seahawks to go to Super Bowl. Klint Kubiac already had 5 virtual interviews with 5 NFL teams none with Raiders or Bills yet. When will Raiders realize Kubiac would make the Raiders horrible so Kubiac will take another job before Raiders anyway. Raiders need to be smart don't wait on Kubiac rejection. Raiders give job to Mike McDaniel Head Coach, if he not leaving OC job of Chargers Raiders hire Head Coach Brian Daboll. Brian could be Mike McDaniel assistant head coach and OC. Keep Geno and draft n#1 Mendoza get Oline and wide receiver and new Oline coach experienced
