  1. El Rod. Spring Training shall provide an answer who the opening day SP's will be. From video I've seen, he has huge potential although at 22 years of age, might need a final tune up at AAA.

  2. Call up the pitching prospects if we have a chance to. Seriously why are they wasting their time.

The Mets have Tong and McLean and yea. They’ll still need more experience but they won’t get the experience playing in the minors.

    Let’s go!

  3. On the one hand it would be great if the Yanks want back to the Stick Michael approach of steady development of young arms by calling them up sooner rather than later, even if at first they're relegated to mop up duty in the pen. On the other hand there's the reality that young starting pitchers for the Yanks in the present age tend to get messed up mentally by the coaching staff's asinine coaching. If this kid ends up in the show I sure hope he doesn't get ruined by bad coaching.

  4. The fact that ERC was already a good prospect excites me. Usually Blake takes mediocre guys and makes them good. Maybe this time he can take good and turn it into special. We've been having succsess recently with pitching prospects and I think he will keep that trend going. I hope all of our guys stay healthy but if not he should fit right in.

  5. Nice channel. Pitching is needed. But I think Yankees need another righty power bat. Would love to have Mariners Eugenio Suarez who hit 49 homeruns and 118 rbi in 2025. And he plays third base.

  6. What about Dylan Coleman who was clocked at 102 mph? I heard that the Yankees signed Coleman to a minor league deal. Matt Blake worked with Mac Heuer and he's now able to throw 98 mph. Heuer is 6'5" 265-pounds and 21 years old.
Elmer Rodriguez needs to put on weight as he's a stringbean.

  7. I like Elmer Rodriquez, he reminds me a lot of a right handed version of Jordan Montgomery coming up. Tall lengthy crafty pitcher that really mix’s it up well but has a nice two seam

  8. Bring him up, and when we have Cole and Rodon back it should be, Cole, Fried, Rodon, Schlittler, ERC rotation. Place Gil, Weathers, Warren, and Schmidt in the pen and we'll be solid!! That starting rotation plus pen would be killer! Starters: Cole, Fried, Rodon, Schlittler, and ERC, Pen/Inning eaters: Gil, Cruz, Schmidt, Hill, Warren, Weathers, Yarbs, Blackburn, and Bird. Closers: Bednar, and Doval. 🔥🔥🔥
