Thanks to everyone who helped me with this story! I hope I was able to capture the sentiment of the fanbase.
And sorry if I didn't get to your DM. I tried to respond to all of them at first but just got too many messages to get back to everyone.

Great article Theo. It captures well the frustrations; unfortunately, I don’t think Bidwill cares about that, so nothing will change.
Thanks for trying to help voice the frustration
I had season tickets (3) since the new stadium opened. I told them I wanted to go down to two and they said I would need to move then, as they did not want one ticket there by itself. So I told them to pound sand and did not re-up. Great customer service there for a 20 year ticket holder.
I will still go and hang out with the friends I made in section 117 for sure, but only a couple of games.
Sadly the other poster is right. Ownership does not seem to care.
Theo this you? Thanks bro for holding Bidwill accountable we appreciate you.
If they hire Vance Joseph I’m done with my season tickets. 13 yrs holder.
Hey Theo, do you happen to have a gift article link since you reached out to redditors specifically for help with this story?
The benefits are, as written, non-existent. No more points shop. Got a hat the other year, literally nothing last year.
The Dbacks give you so much, it’s incomparable: player meet and greets, special on field events, giveaways…
A week ago, I did the math on had I bought aftermarket in 25 instead of season tickets. Same section, every game, I overpaid aftermarket by 32%. That’s when I canceled
“For an NFL team, you would expect them to be a little bit more professional”
got eem
My stepdad was a season ticket holder for 20 some odd years and cancelled a few years back when the greedy ass bidwells tried to gouge the season ticket holders for more money. Wonder how well those stupid casitas are working out for them.
I couldn’t believe how many people bought season tickets last year.
Good to hear though.
Cards are too busy interviewing Pop Warner coaches for the HC position to worry about whining fans!!
Its interesting seeing people complain about “extreme price increases” and then you hear about fans from other states that move out here and rave about how affordable they are compared to where they came from.
I met someone at a game this season who moved out here from Vegas and said for what they paid for in Club seats in AZ would only get them upper level seats in Vegas because of high ticket costs plus the PSL.
my boys don’t believe cards are allowed to win games lol
hard to argue with family to go to games when that belief is pretty much true for every home game.

And they had the nerve to up the prices.
