We need to extend Baker Mayfield. Guarantee you Darnold wouldn’t do any better this season with us.
I get why some buc fans want a clean slate if Todd Bowles is gone, but Baker is more than good enough to win a ring. If he were on the Seattle Seahawks, they’d be in the same spot or better.
Drafting a QB in the first round with a new HC means taking two huge risks at once. It’s hard enough to hit on one. Why gamble on both when you already have a QB who can win. Re-sign him.

Nobody is saying get rid of baker. I’m also glad darnold is going to the SB. Hope this post makes you feel better.

Roster construction is extremely important. Their HC would run laps around Bowles and they have better defensive personnel
This post is delusional. I like Baker, but saying this right now is crazy talk.
I have been saying this for months, but after Seattle wins the Super Bowl buckle in for a 3 year run of Darnold being a top 3-5 QB in this league.
