   This past season Jalen Hurts wasn’t going thru his reads at all, he wasn’t throwing the ball with any anticipation or rhythm.
   That has a lot to do with Sirianna and his coaching

    Keep in mind McDaniel fired Fangio, so there could be some challenges there. Just a thought.

    I still like I like Klay Kubiak, Mike LaFleur, Charlie Weis Jr. (In that order)
    
    They have a proven track record and have the upside of being the Philly OC for at least 2 years in a row if they coach well.

Here’s the reality there are still head coaching jobs open witch pay more money.. 2 there is no up side to the Eagles OC job if the OC comes in and wins he has a stacked roster he’s supposed to win and Nick gets all the credit if they lose now he can’t get a job anywhere in the nfl so it’s not that desirable

Ok Shady, my bad – thanks for clarifying… Hurts can get better and improve but not trying to hear the slander… the issue is HC, he has won but he is too up and down and keeps making bad OC choices… he either needs to step up and call plays or get out the way and get someone that’s going to put a innovative system in place. Too much talent being wasted!!!!

35. The biggest issue is see with Eagles job is its feast or famine, you go to superbowl you the next HC. You get bounced in the playoffs you fired. In the last 4 seasons no one has gone championship game and just come back the following year. Its one extreme or the other, and thats the true "scary" factor of the job.
