23. If kubiak wants to stay in seattle, thats fine but if he wants to be an hc, raiders need to do everything they can to hire him. Fly out n do the 2nd interview, give him the best contact he cant decline, verbally commit to it, and hire him after superbowl. We shouldnt hire webb out of fomo.
