14. I think they are thinking outside the box again. For example hiring mostly example nfl players as coaches. What if they take Drew's run game and Kafkas passing game mixed with Dan's train of thought. Figure out a way to intertwine them into a new innovative offensive scheme.

17. This is my problem with MC, DC and Brad Holmes. How can you not want to hire somebody that wants to elevate their career to a head coach. If you get considered for a head coach position then obviously you did your job right that should be your goal as a leader you should want your people to promote. That shows that you got a good program. MC DC has been leaking a little bit. A little bit of that three letter word has been popping up that I never thought would pop up. EGO. That’s right ego.
    Now let me get onto Brad Holmes for a minute why in the world are you making luxury pic and developmental pics when the way this team is structured you have to hit every year on the draft because you can’t pay everybody. So say my new is still developmental player three years later is irresponsible and that’s a fireable event.

18. I don't know the depths of NFL coaching but from what I know building with the Cardinal and Giants offensive staff cast-offs does not fill me with great confidence. It will all be on Dan Campbell to make or break. Also do top level coaches not want to work with Dan.
