They could agree to a deal with Kubiak which in turn would make them stop looking. So it could be that and doesn't rule out Kubiak at all.

Can you do a full off season “Mitch’s Plan” video. Who you hire as HC, OV, DC, who you resigns, let walk, sign in FA and then round it up with a mock draft. I know it’s a lot and you covered those in different videos but I’d like to see it all in one video
Maybe its a reach but i think to be Sure WE get one of them Webb could BE the only one who is ok with taking our job if they tell him he is gonna BE our OC If WE can get kubiak on the 9th or our HC if we dont get him. Because both would be an upgrade for him and WE would BE Safe. Plus i dont think he gets a chance to be the HC anywhere else

why webb? 3 years of coaching experience? how is he even gonna get a credible OC or DC? its gonna have to be a bunch of position coaches promoted. Rob leonard as DC and retread OC? then growing pains with promoted position coaches?
Getting a quarterback, coach doesn’t necessarily translate into an offense coordinator. I want KINT KUBIAK, anything less to me is a failure!!
