Nah. He’s pushing 30 and his production has fallen and he’s been hurt lately. I’ll pass. He’s worth two first and no way I’d give that up. If Myles is worth two first and a few thirds I’d rather go all in for Myles considering he’s only a year older and still putting up legendary numbers.
Not trading multiple picks for him would be the smart move.
Everyone is thinking it’ll be DJ and picks for Crosby but what if it’s Odunze who they trade. A younger more controllable talent instead of DJ and his contract. I did some research on the cap and with the possible adjustments it would put them approximately 10 million over. Maybe they restructure some deals like DJs, Sweats and Johnson’s and cut others. Do I think it’ll happen? I doubt it and would rather they draft talent but it’s another idea.

But out of all the pie in the sky trade for Crosby scenarios, while still being unlikely, DJ+ non-1st rd picks makes the most sense on paper.
Raiders have a ton of money so they can take on the contract, especially with Crosby coming off the books and gives them a good veteran WR as a weapon for Mendoza. They also get a seemingly disgruntled Crosby out of the building.
Plus it’s the raiders, they do dumb shit.
If you squint hard enough, you can see it.

Isn’t this a bit of a trend now? I thought someone posted that Caleb “liked” someone’s photoshopped picture of Maxx in a Bears jersey recently but I may be mistaken. I do recall Caleb being very complimentary of Maxx around the Raiders game calling him the best player he’s ever faced.
Not saying it’s hugely impactful but it does feel a bit like Caleb recruiting Maxx, if and when Maxx demands a trade.
He’s great but no. Too many holes to fill to take a guy that has probably already had the majority of his good seasons
Hoping for post draft trade DJ and future 1 get it done! After nabbing Kayden @25 suddenly the DL is transformed

I was 100% on the Crosby train, but no longer after Trapilo’s injury. We now need to invest legitimate draft capital or cap space to replacing him, which probably takes us out of any deal for Crosby.
