All of Mayes worst games have been in cold, snow, or rain. I don’t think he’s injured. I just think he’s a young guy who isn’t used to the elements yet. I fully expect him to have all of his arm talent on display in two weeks.
Im not a doctor, but I am a PA who has seen a lot of sick people, and Drake looked like he had a viral infection. From his entrance into the stadium to his post game interview, he just seemed like he was under the weather. I said to my wife, “looks like he’s sick or didn’t sleep well,” when I first saw him enter the stadium.
21 games is wild. And they want to add a regular season game? No more repeat SB winners if that happens.

If he’s hurt, Vrabel will not reveal the extent of the injury. Maye might be dealing with a sprained AC joint, but he will play through it. It’s a pain tolerance injury. He should be plenty amped up for the Super Bowl.
Drake seemed to hurt his throwing shoulder in 3rd quarter. Look back at hit he took when he got a bunch of turf in his helmet.

A little injury report gamesmanship is in keeping with the finest traditions of the organization and the league. Why would any coach in his right mind publicly disclose more info than he has to?
