Building the 2007-08 roster for a nhl 24 franchise mode. the fact that we had so many young stars coming up and made it to the conference final after being the worst team made it a special season forme. plus i was 10. what year would you guys like to revisit in your gm mode?

  5. Not related, but man do i miss pocket schedules, schedule magnets, yearbooks, and the official team calendar. 😢

  6. Interestingly enough, Danny never wore that version of the Flyers jersey. That was the year they switched to Reebok.

  7. I met Martin Biron at the skate zone in Voorhees when I was a little kid. I can’t remember exactly what I was there for but it wasnt a game, either a camp or stick and puck. He signed my stick and took a couple minutes to talk to me. I immediately wanted to try goalie after. It stuck for a few years till I went back to forward, but marty was so nice and made such an impact in the 3 minutes he chatted with me that I convinced my dad to buy goalie equipment.

    Looking back on it, knowing how expensive hockey and goalie equipment specifically is now, if I was in my dads shoes I’d probably grow a small amount of resentment towards Marty 😂
