This guy can’t get over his stupidity level. He’s darnolds boyfriend he sleeps with him he’s in love with him
😂😂 this the same man saying he wouldnt pay him 50million , now complaining
Vikings fans wanted to run him out soooo bad. Enjoy JJ and your overrated head coach
You absolutely know your way around a microphone. Your sports knowledge is some of the best on YouTube. Go Hawks 😎
8:30 they did sam chose the seahawks anyways. Peope pretending that there wasnt a fiest round qb in the roster at the time. It was a tough decision and they lost. This is kind of a silly take all around. They shoulda kept him. Tried and he left for a guaranteed starting job. It is what it is.
I'll never get tired of this. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
What’s with all this recency bias with darnold because he had 1 phenomenal game against the defense that struggled against the panthers. This seahawks team is incredible. They made it to the superbowl with a qb that literally led the league in turnovers. Let’s not go overboard with the darnold praise. If the seahawks traded qbs straight up. How many other qbs would be in the same situation heading to the superbowl?
This is why the "Lamar Jackson and even Josh Allen can't win in the playoffs/SB" talk is stupid. For some it takes longer. And even if they never win it all, it won't be because of them
The Vikings chose JJ McCarthy as a better long term investment and decided Sam Darnold had become too expensive to keep. Did they make the right choice? No. But there was logic behind their decision. They don't need to embellish the story. That simply makes them look worse.
I like what you're doing here…….but a little advice for you……….quit tooting your own horn. It's annoying.
Justin Jefferson to reunite with his old LSU offensive coach Joe Brady
Thanks for dumping Sam Darnold, Minnesota! So happy for Sam that he was vindicated in the game against the Rams and taking Hawks to the Superbowl!
Had my own doubts until week 5! Sam's gonna be our QB for awhile win or loose SB
They put out a smear campaign on Sam Darnold. Colin explained perfectly he ate up the division except that last regular season game at Detroit and then they played in Arizona because of the fires in California. The Vikings didn't block anyone on the Rams in that game and it should have been in Minnesota because the Rams won the division and the Vikings were a Wild card team with 14 wins. They have to change that f**** nonsense of rewarding teams with a home game for winning 7 or 8 games.
As a lifelong jets fan I say good luck to Sam in the Super Bowl. But he and his team are getting their a** kissed by everybody and everyone's is underestimating the Patriots because of the s*** weather they've played their playoff games in and havent scored many points. I don't think there's any way this game is a blowout and New England can pass the ball deep and if you saw the Seattle secondary against the Rams they can be beaten. Drake maye has a big arm and he can throw the ball.
Seattle has good management. John Schneider is considered one of the best GM’s in football if not the very best. He’s been building Super Bowl rosters since his days in Green Bay. Darnold was a no brainer. 6-4” an absolute rifle for an arm. He throws dots. I was in shock when Shanahan let him walk let alone the Vikings
Draft capital and a HC who thinks he can win with anyone outweighed darnold production.
And yet here the Vikings are… with the same inept GM… and egomaniac / inept HC. Queasy should have been fired this past Monday morning… and KOC should be on the hottest of hot seats.
Imagine firing the best radio announcer because of freedom of speech also due to paid protesters Minnesota sports is a lost cause.
I think it would be funny if Justin Jefferson ended up in Seattle! It won't happen because Seattle has JSN and Rasheed, but it would be funny!
Darnold was guaranteed the starting gig in Seattle and the Vikings were not willing to promise him the starting job, not that hard to figure out
Totally agree. I've been saying this the moment the Vikings got rid of him. When I saw the Seahawks take him I predicted them to be good this year because of that. A 14 win season is nothing to scoff at. You have a season like that, you keep the team and you build upon it for next year. Oh, but you have a rookie quarterback in the wings? Who the hell cares when you already have a QB that got you 14 wins??? Trade him for a big piece to add to the roster! Win the damn Super Bowl! Strike when the iron's hot!
Did take a big swing.. on Kirk for 6 years. They were not moving off the Kirk money to then give it to Sam, with the top 10 QB in the building already. The owners & regime simply were not going to get off the Kirk money to then give it to Sam, With the rook QB in the building. Right after paying Jefferson. Long term was not on the table.
It's because this franchise is run by amateurs. The General Management position has always been the Achilles heel.
When it first happened, i was like, well, we shall see. After the 1st game, i was down on him, but damn, he really came through. I feel like he had way more good games than bad, but every bad game, people tore him up. Whatre they gonna say now??? Hawks to the sb BECAUSE of sammy frikkin d!!!
Colin you hated him .
Man this guys hurts….I would hate to be on his bad side….😂
Sam Darnold made his feelings clear when the Seahawks shut out the Vikings 26-0 on November 30, 2025, their first shutout since 2015, which was also against an NFC North team, the Chicago Bears. Back in January 2016, Blair Walsh missed a 27-yard field goal with 22sec in a Wild Card loss against Seattle, but the Vikings kept him around for the next season. He was never the "elite" kicker again who held 2 NFL records but the Vikings gave him a 2nd chance. I think the Vikings believed they could get the same value for less money with a younger QB. After all, we’re talking about an organization that kept a coach—and even brought him back for another season—after losing four Super Bowl games.
KOC and Kwaisi should be replaced on this. The Vikings need a new announcer too.
Mann listen. I was one of those guys that said Sam should start before JJ got hurt. My logic was Sam was a vet that looked good in preseason and should start. When JJ got hurt it was kind of a good thing, no QB controversy! Then we go on this great ride! Best season I've enjoyed in a awhile. Then Darnold stunk in the last two games. I was one of those guys that said this guy ain't it but it was in the heat of the moment I actually wanted Darnold to stay after the season came to an end because I still wasn't ready to see JJ so I convinced myself after all the media talk that we couldn't afford Sam and pug the holes we needed for this team. But I never believe in starting the rookie. My thing was he needs to sit down and learn from a vet plus he's coming off that major injury. So l was ok with with letting Darnold go as long as we kept Jones in the building. Then then news came that Jones left the building too. Right then and there I knew the Vikings were going to crash n burn going into the new season with JJ! While a lot of Viking fans were happy to see JJ I knew we just committed QB suicide!!! Long story short this played out exactly how I predicted! Well my prediction was slightly off. I predicted at the beginning of the season before JJ took his first snap in the regular season that the Vikings would be dead last in the division but we finish 2nd to last. No difference to me. What a f***in blunder! We don't make the playoffs and advance next season heads gotta roll! And Flores steps in as our new coach. I really think that's possible!! Congratulations Sam Darnold! Never dislike the guy! He will be a Super Bowl champion.
Letting Sam Darnold walk out the building set Minnesota Vikings back 5-10 years, we are literally chasing our tail
No QB can play well when he’s constantly running for his life from the pressure and getting sacked by 300 pound very angry men. The reason the Seahawks went out and drafted an O lineman in the first round and got a bunch of good veterans for the O lineman is to prevent Darnold from getting creamed.
