The Browns Are (obviously) Still A Mess

The Browns Are (obviously) Still A Mess. The Cleveland Browns hired Todd Monken as their head coach. Shedeur Sanders, Dillon Gabriel and Deshaun Watson are the Browns quarterbacks. Myles Garrett is a hall of famer, and none of it matters. #browns #clevelandbrowns #headcoach #breakingnflnews #shedeursanders #mylesgarrett

  1. I think the two biggest impacts form this is that Schwartz can go somewhere else and make a dominant defense and maybe Myles follows him…and Harbaugh doesn’t have Monken as his OC in New York!! Which might have been awesome with Jaxon Dart and Skatback….i wonder who he has as his OC now…

  2. That's an amazing feat how can anybody that roots for the Packers get a million people to listen to him??? Now I see this country has a delusion problem on a whole new level.

  3. The Browns wanted to keep Schwarz b/c of the way he’s crafted the defense. That defense fits the players and they don’t want to change that formula. But to hire Schwarz as HC will leave any (successful) OC he may have in a position to get poached within a year or two. That’s why they went to an offense minded HC. The reason why they landed on Monken is b/c of his direct and obvious successful history with QB development. It seems that Browns don’t want to risk getting in such a young HC in Scheelhaase while trying to keep an older DC on staff like Jim Schwarz. Since both Monken and Schwarz are about the same age and very seasoned vets with a lot of respect, they were probably hoping they could work it out together. Big Deal; you got passed over. So did many others. Your players on your D LOVE you and want you to stay. He can come around instead of bitching out and leaving for the Niners. Make the best of it and he can run for glory after a solid playoff run or two.

  4. Anybody with common sense knows that a coach did not want the Sheduer Sanders problem. Dude had a 18.9 qbr and made it to the pro Bowl but yet Bill belichick couldn't get in the Hall of Fame

  5. If Schwartz is leaving, I wish/ hope that the Lions would bring him back as their DC. Their defense must improve if they want to get to the SB

  6. Honestly was hoping for Jim Schwartz to be the next head coach, he praised the team and saw it's raw potential. What do we get? Nothing but disappointment. Now Jim is going to leave 😂.

  7. WOW! I thought my Cardinals had it bad… I just looked at Cleveland's cap space and just TWO PLAYERS are crippling your team's future… Deshaun Watson and David Njoku make up a combined 105 million CAP hit this year! That's probably the highest CAP DEBT/WORTH disparity in the NFL lol And I thought this Kyler Murray situation was bad… 😐

  8. Ironically the Browns front reminds me of the Red Sox front office, data driven, can’t talk to people cause their robots, plus also pissing off people in their organization because they brought in someone from outside without telling people😂

  9. The rise of Cedar Point correlates to the fall of the Browns going back to '89. Oddly enough, I see Njoku there riding coasters frequently.

    Worthy trade off.

  10. As a Browns fan, all I wanted was to retain Jim Schwartz, head coach or not, because he is THE only bright spot on the coaching staff. Guess the organization fucked up the only thing Browns fans wanted staff wise.
