Breece Hall is my Dream Scenario.. I would settle for Tyler Algiers
I like it!
1. Breece Hall
2. For cheaper price I'd take Rico Dowdle.
3. Even cheaper price Travis Etienne
4. If we keep the Jones, we need to focus on a Mason 70/30 split with Jones. I see Viks can run(its not like when it was with the Alexander Madison yr) coach just needs to run the ball alot more.
I keep saying we can pay a lot less for Will Levis and he wants a chance to start. Think how well Malik Willis looked when leaving Tennessee because they have no weapons. I want JJ to start but Levis will come in with a chip on his shoulder.
Why would a big name RB want to come here? It’s no secret that the running game takes a backseat to the passing game.
If AJones goes, we need pass protection skilled replacement bc Mason sux at it.
I was at that Vikes, Jags game and Mac Jones did not play well lol Darnold was worse though. JPR won that game.
I feel like Breece would outperform a 10 mil a year contract in this offense
Great list Andy!👍Here are my 3 thoughts… 1. In all likelihood, the Vikes would have to over-pay to persuade Tyler Linderbaum to join the Vikes, but I would do it. IMHO it's almost imperative that the Vikes fill Ryan Kelly's shoes with another veteran Centre. Perhaps the money saved by cutting Hargrave & Allen could be used? Then, if Brian Parker III was available on Day2, then he would be a great addition to the O-line unit as well. 🤔 2. I am 100% behind drafting 'Hunter v.2' to solidify the iDL!👍 3. Last, Breece Hall's stats are reassuring, as they indicate that he has totally recovered from that nasty knee injury a couple of years ago & can still be a stud RB for another 3 or more years. Alternatively, Travis Etienne would, perhaps, provide more big-play speed. Regardless, it would be great if Aaron Jones remained in Minneapolis as a 3rd-down specialist.
You cheated. 4 – good draft (ok 3 decent picks min ) 5: Solidify WR2/3 6: TE depth ;
Bring me chig okonkwo
We need to acquire a great QB for when JJ gets injured, &/or if he fails. Another has-been QB like Cousins etc would be stupid. Also need to acquire a play caller to replace KOC's failures for years.
Top 4 things
1. Get Hall or Walker III, let go of Aaron
2. Sign Wan'Dale Robinson as slot
3. Grab Pitts, let go of TJ
4. 1st round: Draft NT or Center if that C is rank BPA at #18 or close to it.
If Addison is on the trade block ill send an offer to these two AFC teams
Chief get: 18th pick + Addison
Vikings get: 9th pick + 4th
Or
Bills add: Addison + 4th/5th
Vikings add: Keon Coleman + 60th pick
How about, drum roll please: wait for it:…..Teddy Bridgewater. You'll thank me later.
Prediction we don’t trade for Mac Jones…
It makes ZERO sense when Kirk or others are free. SF ain’t trading him with injury prone Purdy. And Vikings rather spend the 3rd rounder on Carson Beck which is a much better situation for the team.
That Meme of Quesi being smart is hilarious
Mac Jones would be much needed veteran competition for JJ
Andy, I like your ideas, but there’s no way in hell a free agent’s gonna wanna come and play in Minneapolis. All the political riots and all the crap going on, who’s gonna subject their family to that?
4:08 I like the idea of having a base backup QB contract and adding in a bonus if Jones ended up starting over McCarthy. Maybe $10 million base or so and up to $20 if he starts over 10 games or something like that?
