Yep
Finally, an expectation the Angels can meet.
I honestly think we’ll do a little bit better than that (75-87), but still quite a bit under .500.
trAdition

Makes enough sense, but at least we avoid 100 losses.
On the bright side, there will likely be a strike in 27

29th ranked farm system by Keith law today too 🙂
Perry and Arte are deeply unserious and will never be winners. I hate being a loyal fan of this franchise it must be what Jets fans feel like
I purchased a CSUF baseball cap last year as my F Arte hat. Trying to get my hands on Fullerton College Baseball cap for this year’s F Arte cap. I hate wanting to support the players but not the team/ownership.
I want to clarify that this projection system weirdly has us with no real LF. ZiPS doesn’t account for someone changing position, so it has Jo Adell in center and Jorge Soler taking the majorities of the reps in left field, as well as Trout DHing most days. This hurts us in regards to our ZiPS projections.
Until Arte sells, I’m here to watch Trout and Neto hit bombs, and maintain our less than 100 loses streak

I was 15 years old. The last time the Angels made the playoffs. I was in high school sophomore year, and I went to see them play the Royals. Since then, I graduated high school went in the Navy did four years in the Navy lived in Idaho have a career have a wife of eight years and now live in Florida. It’s been that long. Now I would never abandon the angels. But it really makes it hard year after year to enjoy baseball season as a lover of baseball. Living in Florida it’s still supporting my angels everywhere I go, but it really makes me want to start. Maybe going to some local games and actually enjoying baseball. This has become so exhausting mentally and it’s so past being fun. I thought being a Chargers fan was tough, but at least we make the playoffs here and there. Angels can’t even get a winning season.
Could be worse. The Rockies are still out there.
Par for the course?
Nah they’ll go 77-85. If they let me manage it would’ve been an easy 98-64
“I have my best stuff, feeling healthy, our record just doesn’t show the progress we have made since Spring Training.”
Grayson Rodriguez @ the all star break with a 1.89 Era and a 2-9 W/L ratio and we are 16 games out of 1st place in the AL West…
is this a surprise to anyone?
They ain’t lying tho
So we will remain the only team to not lose 100 games in a season? I’ll take it.
90 wins you heard it here first
Time for another season around the merry-go-round
Dude
So I’m guess we are gonna be near .500 at the All Star Break. Perry is gonna call us “really competitive” and we stand pat at the deadline. Then proceed to get stomped on throughout August and September on the way to 68-94 correct?
If we’re keeping it real, this team isn’t going to be good. BUT, there’s nothing wrong with hoping that we somehow get lucky and stumble into the playoffs. The only way I see us getting anywhere near a .500 record or playoff spot is pure luck.
I really hope they beat that projection by one win 🤞
First off I’m a Dodgers fan so you can all downvote me if you’d like. But I am also a huge Ohtani fan and have been since before he entered the league. This meant the Angels were on of my favorite teams for awhile and it makes me sad to see the lack of progress. Arte needs to sell, it’s the only way things change in my eyes. I don’t even hate the guy, he actually does more than many cheap owners but he also does way too much. At least Adell had an interesting breakout. Maybe he can take another step forward.
Come on, I think we’ll do better than that. Maybe not much better, but at least a little more than 68 wins. We have 6 games against the Dodgers, so that should be 6 wins right there lol.
That sounds about right.
lol @ the thumbnail pic. brutal.

Remember a few weeks ago when Perry said he liked how we improved season over season and he expects that again?
