1. I wasnt a fan of hire or how they handled the firing of sean but this press conference has me wanting joe to win. I love how he showed coach mcd some respect and love and what he said about keon. Best of luck. Go bills.

2. I like him I think he’s the guy to get the Bills over the hump bc let’s be real here Sean McDermott wasn’t fired because he’s a bad coach. Sean McDermott was fired because he couldn’t get over the hump and the Buffalo Bills. Realize if we don’t make a change. We’re wasting Josh Allen’s prime years so yea Joe Brady is walking into a better situation than Sean McDermot walked into, but as long as he brings in the right defensive coordinator clean up some of the critical mistakes, Josh Allen makes trying to play Superman. I think he can get them past where they are now look at what he helped accomplish at LSU and the players he got to coach on the offensive end Joe Burrow, Justin Jefferson Clyde, Edwars-Helaire, Brian Thomas Jr how the hell can I forget Ja’Marr Chase you can best believe right now Keon Coleman is thanking the God of heavens that Joe Brady is the coach now because I promise you he’s going to make him a star bc he’s the right person to do it and the best part is he has full control I expect nothing but consistent 12+win seasons and consecutive trips right back where they are in the playoffs and just getting further down the line

21. Brady was 4th on my list of who I WANTED to coach this team (knowing full well my top 2 were unrealistic) and now I’m mad at myself for putting ANYBODY above him. The only coach I had listed higher than him (as a REALISTIC) option was Brian Flores and I wanted him because I wanted the defensive screws “tightened” and wanted a consistently strong message being sent. I still believe Flores provides those things and will succeed as a HC but the things I loved about Brady were confirmed and the things I wanted to learn about him were brought to light. I can’t wait to see how this team looks next season!

    Joe's biggest weakness as a play caller is his ability to gauge the tone of a game on whether to call a run or a pass. Timing is extremely important, and with us all continuously talking about getting that Super bowl ring. This timing talk is most vital in the playoffs when you face the best of the best. The cream always rises to the top!

23. What a joke. I'm sure Joe Brady will come up with a.662 winning percentage. It must be easy, if you morons just fired a coach with one; you know, the 15th best winning percentage of all time, better than Joe Gibbs, Belichick, and Andy Reid. I think these goofs had Joe mixed up with Tom. Look forward to no playoff appearances in the next 15-20 years, Bills fans. 😂

29. I admit I was very skeptical when I heard that Brady got the job. I feel more optimistic after watching this. We'll see what happens. New stadium, new coach, new staff, hopefully the right additions to the roster, but same culture and we still have the best football player in the world #17. GO BILLS!

42. Patriots fan here. I don't know anything about this guy, but I do know that having Josh Allen automatically makes your team a contender. I believe he's the best player in the entire league. That being said, I can't hide my giddiness that my Patriots are already in another Superbowl. Easy schedule? Lucky? Whatever, we're in there. It's hard to believe a 2nd year quarterback who's only 23 made it before Josh. The weird thing is the Bills also had an easy schedule this year. No more cakewalks through the division for the Bills. These coming years are going to be some hard fought battles. Can't wait.
