He got out of one of the worst organizations in the NFL
I'd be curious to see a deep dive on special teams. Who are the good special teams coaches? How are special teams rosters built? What makes for a good special teams unit? Most fans get bombarded with analyses of offenses and defenses, but get very little real analysis about special teams.
