  1. Time to move him. Bloom has done so well moving these turkeys and dumping fools. He will be moved soon for pitching. Tired of talking or hearing about it. He is the last domino to fall. Free up the space for more players with value. Dumping these featherbrains prior to the strike which will happen, is masterful

  2. I don't see why you are making a big deal out of a veteran rhb getting a $6m contract. Chaim has said on multiple occasions that he wants to add a veteran outfielder and preferably a right handed bat.

  3. One negative thing I will say about hanging onto Brendan Donovan in the "hopes" that some team has an injury–the Cardinals have had bad luck (or expectedly bad results) with holding on to guys to trade them during the regular season. To be fair, that bad luck was under Mo and those guys were different players. But it still makes me hesitate.

  4. Waiting around for a possible injury or let's wait until the trade deadline blah blah is silly if they have a reasonable offer on the table they should take it. Surely they do. There's no franchise altering return coming to St Louis for Brendan Donavon coming. He's a very good utility player with team control not a young starting pitcher with team control. Big difference.
