The Las Vegas Raiders are in the home stretch of their head coaching search. And to that end, the Raiders just got really good news for their chances. When it’s all said and done, it’s extremely likely the Raiders will get their top target. Fans of the Las Vegas Raiders will be excited by this news.

If Raiders lose out on Kubiak it will be so frustrating.
Kubiak is staying with Seattle for another year.
The Raiders are begging too hard. Nobody wants that job, man. I hear Jim Schwartz is looking for a new job. They might need to give him a call.

Idk man Raiders are cheeks! And unless Tom Brady is coming out of retirement it doesn’t mean jack if his part of the Raiders. Plus he lives in Miami not Vegas so that does not matter and Mendoza yeah he looks good so did CJ Strout and many other QBs nothing is guaranteed.

Kubiak to the Raiders. The Kubiaks are good friends with Spytek from their time with the Broncos when the Broncos had Payton Manning, and brought in Clint's father, Gary Kubiak and they won a SB. He speaks very, very highly of Spytek and stated Spytek was instrumental in his success in Denver.
I would be shocked if he’s not hired or doesn’t accept that job.
It's either that or the sickening usual smell of desperation…same as right after being left at the altar from two previous HCs in the past two years that jilted the raiders. I'll believe it when we aren't talking about percentages which never seem to play out right when it comes to these fickle coaches.
Defense, wins Championships. That simple. If he doesn't bring a Defensive coach to match what he brings??.. Don't bring up that idiot " Shanahan " 0-3 when it counts. Can't make a freakin adjustment if his life depends on it. This guy better be the guy. Losing has now been the " Culture of this organization ". Fix it, or sell this team & come back to the Bay. I heard for the Saturday interview the Raiders are flying to Seattle for the in person interview, is this true?
If I knew their plan "B" is, it was played perfectly. Looked more professional and the right people have represented our Raiders. Brady gets "credit", if it's accomplished.

Guess what, the mystery hc interview were hearing about is a perfect ploy to get kubiak thinking b4 Saturdays interview , to settle on a gentleman's agreement as are hc. It's the old horse sale trick to lock ya into a deal u can't refuse

This all presumes Kubiak ultimately says yes, or instead decides to wait until next year.
Raiders also forced the Bills to hire Joe Brady by bringing him in for a second interview on Monday, eliminating the only real competition for Kubiak
If Kubiak becomes the Raiders HC even though Mendoza gonna be #1 pick could a reunion with Derek Carr possibly happen? Since DC and Kubiak was together in New Orleans. DC for 1-2 years then Mendoza takes over. I wouldnt want to throw a rookie behind the current offensive line to be killed.
