If I recall correctly the Raiders have a very young core to work with as well. A lot of the offensive guys are under the age of 25

  9. As a Seahawks fan I’ve never had anything against the Raiders. I was happy for you to take Pete Carroll and was disappointed he shit the bed.

    But now that you all have poached our OC I hope Mendoza has a mild but aggravating case of turf toe his rookie year and you guys move off him for Arch Manning with the first pick overall in 2027, and then he ends up sucking and you fire Kubiak and he returns to Seattle to give Sam his second ring in 2028-2029.

  16. What worries me is Mendoza is a RPO guy… He relies on one read pass options, I know there was a breakdown he does well on 3rd downs without RPO but thats because Defense has been very vanilla… Need a Offensive coach to coach the shit out of him.

  17. This is exactly what we’ve been wanting for a few years. Please God sign 2fa Oline and draft 2. After the 2026 season our Oline better be solid AF. Perfect coach hopefully to grow with Mendoza. Can’t wait to see Brady out on the field with him too
