  1. It seems to me that playing JJ Macarthy what, one drive the entire 2025 preseason was a coaching decision not a GM decision. I think KoC is complicit in the QB debacle

  2. Not all business decisions are results based. In football, most transactions come with a high degree of risk. Compatibility is also a major part of putting together a leadership team. Kwesi admitted that he sometimes found it hard to communicate his ideas. His firing may have had more to do with this disconnect than any one decision.

  3. Kwesi is the fall guy for last season and no playoff wins. Enough mistakes to fire but the timing? Kweezy got renewed & scouted the Senior Bowl. Jets comment about Sammy (if he had stayed) says a lot. JJ, are you not entertained? The bus may be backing up for you.

  4. A GM is graded on the players he drafts, not the record of the team. Kwesi was inarguably bad at his job. The win/loss record will be effected by his unsuccessful draft classes for several more years.

  5. Putting “Kwesi still fired” as part of the title, I don’t feel is very classy… like the point has already been driven, let’s not keep “dancing” on someone who just lost a job and means to support their family (yes, I know he recently signed a contract), but still. That’s my 2¢
