  2. I’ll say what I said last time they played Phoenix at home. Dillon Brooks has Oregon ties and I noticed against Houston last season that he seemed to have lots of people in the building and was hunting shots. With Booker out, I expect more of the same. Jalen Green is back, but not *back* back quite yet. Look for Brooks to hoist a lot of shots.

    Been a rough stretch of games for DC. Possibly a chance to get back on track tonight. Mark Williams is a decent center, but not super strong and somewhat mediocre as a rebounder. He got absolutely destroyed on the glass by Zubac in their last game. He really does not have the athleticism or range to punish DC’s biggest weaknesses, so I look for Portland to win the battle up front.

    Phoenix has some guys who can get hot from three. Allen and O’Neale can have big games if you leave them wide open. Most obvious win condition for Phoenix is just to shoot better than Portland, a weak 3 point team pre-Vit. With Vit and Jrue in the lineup, maybe it’s slightly closer. I lean towards Blazer win tonight despite the recent bad mojo.
