  1. Trying to find some silver linings in a period where everything is going wrong, Julian Strawther and Bruce Brown have been playing really well recently so shout out to the two of them for being the only constantly good things these past few weeks

  2. I’m seeing the most insane copes rn. ‘I thought he played well and defended Brunson good despite the numbers!’ Jesus Christ

  3. I think after that game, a lot of Nuggets fans will wake up tomorrow and think about going to the bathroom

  4. So we not only lose in DOUBLE OVERTIME, we also lose Spencer to a concussion AND Peyton is limping towards the locker room???? We cannot catch a break seriously

  5. I would like to say that the upward trajectory during regulation over the last 3 games against tough opponents has been encouraging. Points diff was:

    Thunder: -10

    Pistons: -3

    Knicks: 0 (2OT)

  6. A lot of y’all have clearly never been fans of truly miserable teams that never win, teams go through peaks and valleys, this is just a rough patch. They’re still a playoff team that will likely end up top 4 in the west. Shut up and relax. Xoxo – CLJ

  7. Taking the toxic optimist route, I thought CB really looked like he was moving like he was healthy for the first time all year. Getting buckets will come.

    Ignoring literally everything else.

  8. That regression to the mean can stop any time.

Jokic had no turnovers! Braun played good defense.

  9. Kinda weird Jones has to exit the game because of concussion while KAT played the rest despite going down and rolling around the ground in that sequence

  10. Team played better without Jokic, as great as he is, because Jamal as ball handler was a willing passer for a change so ball got distributed efficiently with everyone scoring.

  11. Reminder that we had both a 3 (pre AS break), and 4 (post AS break) game losing streak in our championship year.

This is the first time this year we’ve lost more than 2 games back to back. Losing isn’t good obviously, but it’s not a death sentence. Once this team gets healthy and they can catch their breath, we’re going to be better because of moments like these. I still don’t know if we’ve really seen if OKC can take a punch, and how they’ll react to that. Come playoff time we’ll have taken a dozen of them and got back up each time.

  12. I just wanna vent for a second. It’s my birthday in like half an hour and I was really excited for the Nuggets games this week. Was really living it up when Jokic went off against the Clippers, I only recently got into basketball largely cause of him so it was really nice to see him back in what seemed like good shape. I love the Nuggets and I love Jokic but it’s been painful losing these last three games and seeing even more people go out to injury… god, my heart sank when I saw PWat go out like that. I’m just drained as a fan who is getting into basketball and loving it as my new sort of obsession to see us get so close last night and tonight to lose anyway. I know we’ll come back strong and there’s a lot of reasons for our losses that aren’t under the teams control but it’s still pretty crushing as someone who really roots for the Nuggets like I’ve never rooted for anybody before, I’ve never been into sports, games, anything really til now (except chess lmao). Hoping we bounce back Saturday and Jokic has a good game, sad to see my favorite player struggling and the guys I’ve grown to love getting hurt. Stay strong fellow Nugget nationals.

  13. Nah bro Trayce Jackson Davis got traded FOR FREE he actually would’ve been nice af

  14. Hey missed the game. Only question I have is why did Braun play 40+ minutes after playing yesterday when he’s just coming back from injury. AG just got hurt the exact same way. Seems completely reckless.

  15. I was at the game!

The guys are still getting back into rhythm, felling together recovering from injury, our top 2 were 4-27 from 3, and Jamal airballed a wide open 3 to win it in OT1 on a back to back in a loud passionate road environment. All told, a fine showing, and this will have been good for us.

Just gotta get healthy. Hope jok’s foot, Spence’s Stanford brain, and PWat’s brass balls are okay

  16. If it makes any of yall feel better the Thunder’s been hit with a massive wall of injuries too. They played the Spurs with just 8 people today. The West is literally falling apart.

  17. Painful loss, man. Wish Jokic didn’t think he was Steph Curry for most of the game.
But ¯_(ツ)_/¯ He’s still my King.
as a whole, the team played better and had the right attitude in this game compared to yesterday.
Prayers up for Peyton. Such a horribly unfair injury. I hope it isn’t too serious.
I also hope Spencer can sign that contract and play some more games for us.
Good to see Christian back and improving at the very least.

The season is a long ass slog and all things considered, the team has held up well.

  18. Well, at least the team finally gets two whole days off before they play an ass team. Hopefully they can turn the tide in that one.

  19. No defense. No effort. The game is played for 4 quarters. Hope we start to play well and not waiting for the ASB

  20. Pivoting from Giannis to Porzingus is certainly… something. Recreating the Celtics frontcourt that will probably only play a handful of games together, really giving steph the send out he deserves.

  21. Sounds like the vibe from the team after the game is that Pwat is likely to miss some real time with hamstring.

We’re gonna get hit with another 4-6 weeks Shams tweet…

  22. Aaron Gordon, out. Spencer Jones, out. Peyton Watson, out. Zeke Nnaji, “Check, please,” and getting treatment for lower body splinters……

  23. This one is on Adelman. I hate to see desperation 3s, we need coach to tell them to stop when it’s not working.

  24. We deadass might have one of the worst medical staffs in the league along with a coaching staff who consistently makes the wrong choices in regards to player minutes/games played management

Even if the players ultimately have the final say maybe grow a spine and tell them it’s not good in the long run

Why is Jokic playing on the 2nd night of a back to back after coming off a long injury and obliterating his minutes resection by playing not just 1 but 2 OTs?

We saw Adelman ignore the minutes restrictions for AG and look how that turned out

  25. I fucking hate when this team sucks at the 3 point shot and they get tunnel-vision only shooting 3’s.

  26. When was the last time a title favorite got hit with this many injuries and none of them (fingers crossed and knocked on wood) were season ending?

Just one 4-6 week injury after the other and all of them have been to our top 8 players.

  27. Why did jokic shoot so many 3’s.

In the two OT’s hardaway needed more shots, jokic and Jamal got gassed and never past the ball

  28. They really played Murray and Jokić 48 minutes in the situation where they literally don’t have any more healthy players due to constant injuries.

    Completely insane.
