I waited until I could go to Princes in Nashville to try Nashville hot chicken.  I haven’t found a restaurant yet who’s spicy chicken has anything approaching spicy.  I ordered their hottest level.   I was 1 chicken strip in when I decided the Mac n cheese was spicy, the tea was spicy, the fork was spicy, the air was spicy.  I love spicy food but Princes taught me a lesson about Southern hot chicken.  I couldn’t eat for a day and a half it messed my stomach up so badly.
