3. He wants the Steelers QB room to be as disorganized and bad as the Jets. Rodgers brings stability, a high floor for the offense, and can help teach the McCarthy offense and timing to other QBs and the rest of the offensive teammates. We’ve learned the last two years that Loading up your roster with talent matters even more than who’s at qb, as long as your qb is good and competent

6. Build the team. Let the coaches determine if another year learning the vocabulary, how to be a leader on the field, and pass concept reads is necessary, or if he is mentally and emotionally stable enough to ho win.

   Ben had a complete team when he arrived. Howard obviously, Howard does not yet have that. Rodgers peoved last year, he can win without a complete team and poor coaching on the OLine and on defense. Howard has the skills and the desire to win. Not sure if he can overcome an incomplete team against AFC competition – especially with a new offensive system.
