No chance. He'd cost a 1st round pick at minimum, and a rebuilding team would be stupid to trade a 1st round pick, unless it's to move up in the draft. If they do a proper rebuild, by the time it's over, he'll be 28 and that's not necessarily old, but it's not young either. We shouldn't be trying to cut corners. That's what got us into this mess.
