  1. I say extend Pitman 2 yrs to bring the cap hit down …Your not going to get a better replacement receiver either in FA or the draft …Same thing with Cross…Your trying to improve your D and he was one of the better players at their position on D last yr…Everyone else up for contract cut bait…You could cut Franklin also and pick up a draft pick for AR….

  2. Hopefully Pittman is practical and restructures to what his worth is around 15-18 million no way can I see Ballard letting cross leave nor should he there’s so much old overpriced players on that D Ebukam paye Lewis Franklin Moore even Buckner that you offload but a 24 year old DURABLE and PRODUCTIVE player is a must resign I expect DJ and PIERCE to get signed before free agency and CROSS either extended or franchised

  3. The passing game will suffer this upcoming season. Focus on defense. A receiver will not have the impact this year. There are enough receivers who can make a good contribution. A Veteran are available.

  4. If we lose Pittman, do we assume that Pierce is going to play the X, instead of his usual Z-Flanker role? I ask because it could impact who we target and where in the draft.
