19. My opinion, trade Crosby for two 1st round picks, a 2nd & a 4th and split them between 2026 & 2027 drafts. Trade this years 1st overall pick for two 1st round picks, two 2nd round picks & a 4th & a 6th round picks and divide those picks between 2026 & 2027. Trade Kolton Miller for a 1st & a 4th round picks. At this point with the age of these men they are in their late 20’s and won’t be worth the salary in 3-4 years. Their salaries will also hold back the Raiders from building a SuperBowl contender. I know everyone likes Mendoza and I like him too but next years draft class is going to be deeper with Quarterback talent. C.J. Carr and Arch Manning ect. Raiders need to build a young team.
