  1. We need a starting center and a OG that can compete/backup in free agency. Then draft in the draft we need the best OT with the first, second edge, I'd never trade first rounders for anyone that isn't for a QB

  2. Other than situational Downs does Detroit play more snaps at 4-3-4 or a 4-2-5 defense?
Who's going to be on the field more, the starting 3rd LB or the starting Nickel/Slot CB?
If it's LB, I assume Campbell's going to play MLB and Barnes will either play WLB or SAM/ OLB? And who's going to start at the other LB position?
If it's the Nickel/Slot CB, who is starting Rakestraw?
Is our starting Corners going to be DJ Reed & Terrion Arnold at outside CB1 & CB2 and Ennis Rakestraw starting at Slot/Nickel CB with no backups behind them, that don't belong on the practice squad?
I don't see Detroit playing a 4-3-4 only leaving Reed and Arnold at CB and who knows who the 2 starting Safeties will be.
I'd like to see more of a solid secondary. If we have the money to pay Maxx Crosby, then use that $ to sign The top CB in free agency, The Top Center in free agency and The Top DT in free agency.
Then you can use your first pick for a DE and the second round pick wherever you would need a starter at

  3. Its a no go on Proctor for me The history of tackles over 360 lbs is one of failure or moving to guard very quickly. If he comes in to the combine at 345 or less I'll be intrigued

  4. With only one great draft under his belt I don't think you can say with a straight face that Brad Holmes is a great drafter. In the last two and a half years he's been anything but.

  5. As far as I know restructuring contracts moves the money around. It doesn't make it dissappear. That neans we're just kicking a large can that eventually will count against the cap. I agree restructure when we have to but pay now if we can.
