I would rather watch Jeff Skinner play than Jack Quinn
Could you get Bobby McMann as a rental for Quinn? Obv might be tricky trading with the Leafs, but I’d think about it. Might need to balance with a pick
His ceiling is really high, relatively low floor but the right team could turn him into a legitimate Top 6 scoring threat. He’s got one of the best shots in the league.
Different positions, but he feels a bit like Mitts to me. May still have some runway left offensively, but I’m not sure this is the right team for him to work through it.
Not a bad player, and can put up points at five on five, but I can’t help but think a more responsible two way guy would be a much better fit for this team. He’s really the one player left from the old guard of streaky/offense only type guys.
Would love to see someone like Blake Coleman next to McLeod on what would be an actual shutdown third line.
