  1. This is 100% on idiot Brandon Johnson and scumbag Pritzker. I don't blame the Bears one bit. In fact, I'm glad they are leaving Illinois. This state is a sinking ship. Get away from Illinois' bad politics, crime, and corruption.

  2. The Bears are a joke on this crap and until last season they where a joke in games to stay leave who gives a flying freak they will be lucky to get this thing done by 2032 and maybe if they get lucky agaoin might win 10 games next year

New York Jets Home Stadium Gets Staggering Climate Change Report
The move to MetLife Stadium (opened 2010) caused significant, lasting discontent among New York Jets and Giants fans due to the New Jersey location, high ticket prices, and a "neutral" aesthetic that lacks team identity. Fans have experienced a rise in opposing team takeovers, poor turf quality, and diminished home-field advantage.

    Key Fan Impacts and Reactions:
Identity and Location Contention: Many fans feel disconnected because the stadium is in East Rutherford, NJ, rather than New York, leading to a $6 billion class-action lawsuit challenging the teams' right to use "New York" in their names.
Diminished Atmosphere: The stadium's design is heavily criticized for being a "gray" and sterile environment, failing to feel like a true home for either franchise.
Opposing Fan Takeovers: Due to poor team performance and high costs, MetLife has frequently been taken over by opposing fans, making it feel like a neutral site or even an away game.
Financial and Logistics Issues: Fans have faced high ticket prices and, in some cases, lower resale value for tickets when the teams underperform.
Attendance Trends: While attendance remains relatively high (approx. 95% capacity), there is significant frustration, with some long-term fans refusing to renew tickets due to the long commute to New Jersey and poor on-field results.

  4. Oh that's funny I'm tired of Chicago and the JB Epstein Files Pritzker playing games. If they let the Bears go to Indiana this legacy of shame is on the Pritzker family alone.

  5. Every year, players hit free agency. Would they like to stay with the team they're on? Most likely, but if another team makes a better offer, they're going to do what's in their best interest because that's what players do. We as fans might be disappointed, especially if it's a popular player, but we understand that at the end of the day, it's business. A team is the same way. The Bears are looking for the best deal because they are a business and that's what businesses do. Do I want them to leave IL? No, but I understand if they do.

  6. Who cares; they were competitive for one year. Let em go don't let the door hit you on the way out. Give the Bears a one year lease at soldier field. Take that extremely valuable soldier field property and turn it into an event Mecca to be enjoyed by all people for 365 days a year instead of 10 Sundays.

  7. Spiegel is a total lib. He’s running cover for Humpty Dumpty in Springfield. He’s disgusted at the Bears for playing games? Wtf has the state done over the last 3 years? He’s so smug. Laurence gets it much more.

  8. this whole situation is BEYONE asinine!! the goal of Kevin Warren is build a winning program and MAXIMIZE the teams TOTAL VALUE.
What sane person thinks a team in Hammond indiana will EVER have the same value as a team in the Chicago market.

  9. It doesnt make sense for them to stay in illinois…especially from a business stand point. Why, stay in a state that is in a massively large debt. When they go somewhere that has a higher return on all avenues of their business structure due to not being in a state with a large deficit of debt. Its business 101, not that hard to get.

  10. Sure, it’s easy to give away land that is polluted, worthless and abandoned.
Drive to this location, geese avoid it, good luck Kev.
It will be shuttered within a decade!

  11. The Bears are gone. Illinois cannot offer a financial package anywhere close to Indiana. The Bears are sticking a middle finger to Pritzker, Johnson and Illinois politicians in general. This will be another major business deciding to leave Illinois. Predictable. If it happens, let’s take our anger out at the ballot boxes.

  12. Maybe IL should unfrak their high taxes and fees so that IL can be competitive and attract businesses again. Even if the Bears lose a chunk of their fans, they'll still come out ahead because of taxes.

  13. They both said nothing of substance how can you come down on the bears and Kevin for trying to increase revenue this is not there fault it’s Illinois fault and the governor fault for not taking the bears seriously and mismanagement of taxpayers money !!!
