The players coach.
Not sure how he’s drafted in the past. The big thing for me: Vrabel seems like a dude who gets set in his ways. I think the post season revealed he has room to develop as a coach. My hope is he can grow and learn so that he can have something of a great run here as coach.
Not sure I can expect Belichik level performance, but Belichik didn’t always give Belichik level performance. But dominance in the AFC East? Perennial contender, maybe even one or more Superbowls? Would be a great legacy.
It’s smart to avoid cancer if you have the ability to do so.
