Jericho Sims powers Bucks to back to back wins (!!)

The Milwaukee Bucks swept their back-to-back this week against the Miami Heat and Cleveland Cavaliers, and a huge part of both wins was Jericho Sims who has been crushing it. Ti Windisch and Rohan Katti discuss Sims and the wins after an all-over-the-place first segment including TV and Dominayton, and also agree that the Kevin Porter Jr. and Ryan Rollins backcourt just seems to work. They also criticize coaching, as is tradition.

  1. Hearing your take on Kuz around 13 min is hilarious because I said the exact same shit last night lol. He comes out red hot, builds confidence, and he gets too cocky and creative in Q3+4. But oh well, if he can be a red hot starter and give us a quick 16 then chill, im fine with that honestly.

  2. Other teams hunt AJ Green every game. Bobby never rotates out to the 3 point shooter ever. Ryan Rollins makes bone headed fouls in crucial moments.

KPJ is a beast on D. Simms athleticism is crazy! So there’s some bright spots.

  3. Big indictment on Doc that even through wins you can still see that the coaching is bad.

This bum has got to go but I do have the fear Rohan has. If they do make a little bit of noise, we might be stuck with the all-time bum as HC.

  4. Big Sims fan, Knicks fan… he is making the most of his opportunity. In NY he did have a few shots, and performed well. But early on was foul prone. He fixed it, but the picks, well… but the upside, wow!

I wasn't sure how the move to the Bucks would go, last year was very promising, but with Giannis, he sat the bench. He's a lobmonster, rebounding, defensive machine. He can average a double double, if given the minutes.

He's a real time highlight reel!

  5. Speaking to the negative of coaching and defense, there was one possession where no one picked up whoever was being up the ball and Myles was screening, he eventually stepped up and gets immediately beat with no big near the basket, no way that’s Myles responsibility to guard point of attack

  6. Bad feeling that this stretch of beating bad and undermanned teams is ultimately gonna lead to a terrible trio of Doc staying here long term, not getting a high pick, and getting destroyed in whatever play in game or 1st round matchup they have.

  7. Lakers training staff would have to make real nba games and nba life identical to 2k to get Ayton to care. What an embarrassing guy. Born with every physical advantage and opportunity but none of the mental attributes to do anything with them

  8. You’re not alone, Rohan. Kuzma has really grown on me as well. The way he has bought into the role this team needs from him, his defense, and mentality are far beyond my expectations from when we first acquired him. A good team needs guys who are willing to be the glue.

  9. Is there a world where Giannis and Big Sims can be on the floor at the same time? I’m fascinated by what that would look like. Kuzma and Sims are already making it work, and Kuz is deployed as Giannis-ultra lite. So maybe it could work?

  10. @32:42 This part right here, when Rohan laughs and Ti says "Im so sick of it dude" Real tears man! 😂😂 Doc is such a sorry ass coach ive said this from the very beginning way before he even coached one game for us! Its like hes a part of the gambling scheme or sonething the way he sells our games time after time! The wins arent fooling me, he needs to go!

S/n: … Sometimes i think theres an NBA conspiracy to get GA outta Milwaukee. You combine terrible coaching with consistently unfavourable whistles and it almost starts to look like a set up.

  11. wtf is going on with my favouritest team in the basketball world? I honestly have no idea what to root for or think of do with this team. (We're gonna win the championship)
