Nice video as always but we are forgetting that the Jets have NO system or Culture. I hope the team sucks with a 2 win season, AG gets fired and the new HC gets to pick the right QB in 2027. Any true Jets fan would hope for the same. I will take a 0 win season withourt a complain.

Sauce Gardner was proclaimed amongst league and fans alike to be a holding merchant. Quinnen was an average player who looked like an all pro around poor players his team for years. Stop overthinking it and actually get the best talent on the market for a change. Don't get the third best FA because you trying to finesse on a contract and save cash. Get above average players and stack them more FA so that those talents don't feel alone while trying to make lowly team to a competitor. Then you do the same in draft and stud this team out with real depth…talent, after talent , after overwhelming talent. That's point of having great cap space and 4 picks in the first 44 picks. Be smart and finesse to get the best talent NOT YOUR FAV PERSONAL CHOICE. Stop being the Jets for a change, The Rangers for a change, The Mets for a change, The Knicks for a change…trying to be the smartest in league with no fruits to bear. GET TALENT. PERIOD.

Malek Willis – worth the money cause if you hit – then u have three 1sts next year and can get all BPA – if not then you make your pick next year. Can likely still trade Willis as teams will blame jets. Sign likely at TE and Pierce at WR

I see them looking for QB (free agent or trade) and free agency on LB, Safety, or corner. Would not be surprised to see Tippman and Breece get extended.

There’s two philosophical approaches. You can acquire talent or you can build a team. Most people think those are the same thing. Glenn and Mougey seem to be focused on building a team where the sum is greater than the individual parts.
Recently chose the jets as my favorite team. I’ve been going through life trying to find my favorite team. Love them because of my favorite character from Hawaii five 0 and from the king of queens. You have been so cool covering everything!
Given the current state of the roster , it obvious the Jets will probably be signing no less than 25 free agents . This is why they won’t be signing high end free agents because that cap space is going to go quick trying to fill the roster. I believe last year is going to be the template for DM, signing younger free agents, QB aside. If they hit their draft picks the next 2 years, those will be the marquee players for the Jets , not overspending for someone already at their peak.

The Jets problem is that we can't hit on areas at the same time. We hit on GW, Sauce, Q, JJ, Breese, etc but got the QB wrong, HC wrong, OC Wrong, and DC wrong. If we can start with hitting on a HC then the team will change, right now our culture is ok with losing as long as we have effort. That shouldn't be acceptable, we need the accountability Rex had back in 09/10 when if we lost he didn't make excuses and players wanted to play better for him
