Start Reed consistently…Tari off the bench. The offense seems to flow better with Reed in it in my opinion.
Need to trade Durant bench Jabari and let Reed runs the team!
Reed can easily be a star because of his improvement on the defensive end and his offensive skills. Reed is a better ball handler than i thought
Durant is highly skilled but not a killer. This attitude affects the whole team because he is supposed to be the alpha but he doesn't have that personality.
No questions now… Reed must be in the starting lineup the rest of the season!! If not, he should be over 30 min a night!!
He certainly plays well against the Dubs. He's more than a Fredette flash . LME seems to only care about defensive strategy so not sure how much he's willing to exchange there. Personally, he should hire a good offensive Assistant Coach and work with him on balance. At that point Sheppard can be given a chance to grow without overjudgement on his D limitations.
Jabari Smith Jr. data is flawed then. Stop playing him when he is not 100% and especially allowing him to play +40 minutes when his FG% was ZERO. He missed every single shot and Udoka kept playing him. Play Reed, play Okogie – Jabari and DFS are still not 100%, this is obvious. The data does not support the WIN column.
In offseason, trade Jabari, 2027 pick swap (PHX pick, not BKN pick swap) + 2028 first round pick to Heat for Kel'el Ware + 2026 first round pick. Move Alp to 4, play Ware at 5. Start Amen and Reed next to KD, Alp + Ware. Re-sign Tari. Fred is backup PG with minutes restriction, same with Stevo as backup 5.
Bro…Reed is a good shooter and smart defender..do you realize that teams go down hill hard at Reed aggressively when he plays early minutes…he can’t be the primary reason and immediate plan of attack for opposing teams! He has to come off the bench so that the Rockets can establish what they need to start from the jump. Reed is not the next franchise player without a true PG beside him..he doesn’t have the skills of a PG..Steph can play PG and SG very well. Reed gets stuck at half court 90% of the time and has to give the ball up immediately. He can shoot and can make good moves towards the goal making smart passes off of the drive..but to run the offense? Hell no!!! We need a true PG, move Amen to his true position (3) and have Reed play (2)…honestly I am surprised that opposing teams don’t pick him up whole court when trying to to play PG…I always think he is about to get picked when he crosses half court…but Reed be shooting that ROCK especially when we need it! HTOWN 4 LIFE!!
