Bills BUSINESS; Sign McGovern & Trade Johnson w/ Sal Capaccio | The Jeremy and Joe Show

Jeremy White and Joe DiBiase are joined by Buffalo Bills sideline reporter Sal Capaccio to discuss all the goings on with the Bills as they were busy over the weekend. The guys start with some Sabres talk as Sal was in the building for the crazy game last night too. Then they get into the latest on the Bills, starting with center Connor McGovern’s new contract, before turning to the Taron Johnson trade. They wrap up with some cap discussions as the legal tampering period begins today.

  1. I still don’t understand how the Bears weren’t responsible for any of Moore’s contract, but we’re still responsible for Taron’s contract…

  2. Two 1sts from the Bills would not have been enough, BAL gave up pick 14, the Bills would have needed to pay pick 26, pick 60 and 91 to beat that trade value, plus obviously the 2027 1st (and assuming not trading for DJ Moore to be able to give them pick 60). The Ravens gave an insane amount of capital to get Crosby

  3. I didn't think McGovern would be back. That's great news. I think we're going to find out if Myles Garrett is really as good as we think he is, or maybe it's the division. Crosby gets to go after the Bengals, Browns, and, Steelers for the next few years. That sounds like 12 sacks a season in just those 6 games to me.
