12. Effort comes when you share responsibility coach. Paolo has shown he's mature enough to do it. Unfortunately haven't felt that same sense of accountability from coaching mistakes. Only a bunch of giving credit to other teams and saying lack of effort from own team. Not a surprise why locker room in disarray
