  1. Hard to overstate how badly we needed Uribe to be locked in and he fucking delivered. Slider was straight dialed.

  2. I am way too excited about winning a baseball game in April. Man that one feels so good.

  3. It took 4 consecutive insanely lucky weakly batted balls but we did it!!!!!

  4. I…I think we won a game? I’m not sure. It’s been so long I have forgotten what it was like.

  5. Fans sloshing through the puddles in the parking lot…I’ve been there and soaked shoes suck.

  6. Beat us once? Sure.
Beat us twice? You got it.
Beat us three times? Go right ahead.
    Four times? No doubt.
    Five? By all means.
    Six? I insist.
    Seven? NOT A CHANCE!

  7. Tomorrow sproat the throat goat is going to turn it around and will have a good game.

  8. Great job by the pitching staff.

We’ve got a ton of hitters in slumps right now. We’re going to need consistent pitching like tonight to help get us through until some of the bats begin to make a turnaround.

  9. I can’t tell whether I’m more thrilled we finally won, or that Rengifo didn’t get a plate appearance for once

  10. Needed that. Don’t know if I’m making this up but it almost felt like Uribe was more comfortable in the 9th / closer spot. Thought his stuff was popping tonight. Let’s hope he settles into that closer role. Probably should have been there from the start of the year.
