  1. These guys …. know they can swing at strikes, right? Like they’re aware that it’s very much within the rules of baseball to do so?

  2. Lowkey I’m kinda glad I’ll be at work through tomorrow’s game. My mental health needs it.

  3. Team is a complete mess and they have no real way for quick fixes. Overpriced veterans who aren’t producing and their top youngsters aren’t really doing much else.

Gotta hope they right this ship because if not they might need to do yet another rebuild to actually get competitive again

  4. The “Team X doesn’t win when their starting pitcher don’t go beyond 4 innings” stat has to be the dumbest stat in the history of baseball

No shit, if my SP is out after 4 innings it’s probably cause the other team got a ton of hits

  5. They could pitch beach balls at this team and they still wouldn’t be able to hit them

  6. I have no words. Wilson might be hurt. He was our fire. Wilyer hit a skid. Crochet, who knows what the hell is going on with him. We have really hit rock bottom. (Spoiler: Red Sox will do something worse tomorrow!)

  7. Just when these guys had me feeling more positive they come into Minnesota and lay two stinkers on us. Idk what to say. They’re very fortunate everyone else in the AL east has also decided to suck ass, so they’re not out of it but boy they’re making it hard to stay optimistic. At least that Anderson kid looked solid

  8. Waking up to the “Breslow has been relieved of his duties” notification is gonna hit like crack tommorow

  9. Does anyone actually know what the Fatse game plan is? Like as fans can we see some documents or something?

  10. The Twins scored less than half as many runs as they did yesterday. That’s improvement, right?

  11. Team was below average in April and May last year. They had a hot summer and raced into the playoffs. I just don’t know if this team has the ability to go on a 10 game winning streak this summer.

  12. I really hate to be negative this early, but my god is it looking grim

-Garrett Crochet got rocked by the twins. Cy young chances are already gone with an ERA >7

-Willson Contreras has a back injury.

-Jarren Duran flipped off a fan

    We’re just doomed

And they know they can’t fire Breslow because they have blown through so many GM’s so quickly. Breslow was the 12th choice

  13. I haven’t really been one to criticize Cora much during touch stretches, but it really feels like we need a coaching/management overhaul. So many guys have been starting the season just looking totally lost and unprepared. Plate “approaches” are a joke – I’ve never seen so many swings and misses at way outside pitches and takes right down the middle. Pitching has underperformed with more questionable bullpen management. We’re bottom 5 in errors again. I think we’re due for another 2012 style factory reset season.
