I was just glad to hear we dont have to suffer through national broadcasters in round 1. 2nd round and on will be rough though
EDIT: I’m wrong, wrong arena.
The time is going to be 9:30am PT on TNT.
ESPN has 4pm PT and 6:30pm PT. Those times won’t work with wrestle mania which is going on in Vegas on Sunday. So wrestle mania Saturday night in Vegas, they will break everything down and set up hockey for the morning Sunday 9:30am PT, then re set up for wrestling Sunday night. That is my prediction.
Any ideas as to timing of the remaining games?
Seatgeek tickets on my wallet app say April 23rd @ 7pm for the first home game here, is that true? Or close to it? Cause it’s still TBD obviously
Dumb question – where/how can I watch these games? I’ve been watching previously on Utah 16 (antenna).
Likely means game 3 is set for the 23rd at latest the 24th. But that makes no sense as there isn’t travel distance that would cause the need for an extra day
I know last year with the Vegas/Minnesota series they started at 8PM local for Game 1 and 9PM local for Game 2 cause of Wrestlemania festivities, so I’d imagine we’re probably looking at that again at least for those first couple of games.
My tusks are so up LFG
Maybe I’m just too used to football, but it’s bananas to me that the NHL hasn’t found a way to provide a bit more notice about time (and date for that matter).
At this point the only remaining question is the order of finish between Anaheim, LA, and Edmonton. Two of those arenas don’t get much use: the next event at the Honda Center is the 28th, and at Rogers Place it’s May 2. So the only potential scheduling issue is LA, and there’s no reason they couldn’t just set the schedule assuming LA finished second because whatever would work if LA is second would also work if it’s Anaheim or Edmonton.

Or heck, just release “if X then Y.”
