  1. Now that’s baseball, none of that pansy ass home run bullshit.

We score ethical runs around here, good, salt of the earth runs.

  2. Haven’t been that nervous at 3 pm on a Thursday since I had my first kiss after school in sixth grade

  3. Sproat’s stuff looked good, Gary is raking, Megill bounce back game, series win, great W

  4. Now that’s some good stuff there. Fundamental and efficient win.

    Happy flight to Miami.

    Let’s go fishing.

  5. Good win. Stay above water until Priester, Chourio, Yelich and Vaughn come back

  6. Unique thing of the game – All 3 combined runs score by sacrifice (2 safety squeezes and a sac fly).

  7. Made every change they needed to make. Flipped Sproat’s pitch mix, let Patrick pitch deep, move Megill out of the closer role, move Uribe and Zerpa into the closer role, and manufacture some runs from the shitty bats.

Great stuff. Excited to see who gets called up for tomorrow’s start.

  8. Begin the burger counter back on track.

    Edited. Corrected burger count.

  9. I walked in the door and and turned on the game just as Vlad Jr. singled. I almost turned right around and exited a la Grandpa Simpson

Wait a minute, the Brewers had a GODDAMN SAFETY SQUEEZE RUN???? Goddamn that makes my small-ball heart happy. Fuck yeah, Joey

  10. That was a lot of ABS challenges. Was like a whole subgame within the game. Not the best HP umpiring.

  11. Blue Jays seem to cure our ailments. We limped to Toronto after the 17 games in 16 days stretch last year, and I would have been happy with just one win, but we got two!

  12. We won yesterday, we won today, if we win tomorrow, that’s called a winning streak. It has happened before.
