  1. Wyatt Johnston is 22 years old, and when he struggled in the first round last year, he was 21 years old. I feel like none of the national hockey podcasters ever bring that up.

He's 22 lol. He;s still years away from entering his prime, yet he had 45 goals/86 points this year.

  2. I hate Dallas with every fiber of my being. I will never forgive them for stealing my childhood team and not having the decency to change the name or the logo. The only part of the wild that scares me is our small and soft d-core. Spurgeon and Brodin have had 11 chances to get out of the first round and haven’t been able to. Go wild!

  3. 11:47 who else does minny have to throw out besides kk?? ever hear of 40+ goal scorer matt boldy?? dude was just as clutch as kirill this year and don't forget his goal in the gold medal game. kid's in sniffing distance of superstar status

  4. Let's say that both teams split in Dallas, and the Wild can win game #3? The winner of this series will be whoever wins game #4, without question! Wild wins game #4 they'll win the series, but Dallas wins game #4 then it's all but over!

  5. Rantanen and Kaprizov are a push. The real difference in talent and playoff impact will be between Boldy and Robertson. Boldy flat out is the more impactful player:
He's a better skater and puck handler. Plus he's much better in the corners, and he kills penalties too. Just look at his play in the Olympics. Minny in 6.

  6. Otter needed to be rested and his last half has not been hot but whatever…
    Wallsted has a
936 save percentage in the last 5 games, he's ranked 2nd in the NHL with 915 save percentage
He leads the league in 5 on 5 play with a 959
    Save percentage
In close situations he has a 970 save percentage
    And he has 941
Save percentage on shots coming from the cycle.

I take Wall of St. Paul.

  7. Minnesota has been one of the lowest in PIM for the last 2 seasons in Dallas they proved it. And the fact Minny sunk 3 PPG, Dallas is in Special Teams trouble.

  8. Well, you guys lost all your credibility in my eyes… “Other than KK97 who do the Wild even have up front?” Oh I don’t know, maybe a kid named MATT BOLDY… Not ONE mention of him the entire preview. He only had over 40 goals this season and clearly solidified himself as a top 20-30 player in the league… Oh and a solid two way player Eriksson Ek, but hey, you guys know hockey right? I’m not saying the Wild have a better forward group altogether, but to not even mention those two is INSANE!

  9. Wyatt Johnston had 10 goals and 16 points in his sophomore season playoffs (Leading the Stars in both categories) why are we acting like a bad playoffs last year is his entire career. The guy is 22 years old and he is better every year!

  10. check desmith's record. check boldy's stats too. funny how both fanbases are irritated with these takes 😀 was this the intended response? wow.

  11. This is the laziest comparisons ive ever seen from people at this level. No real person person think Dallas has better depth or blue line. Where is Matt Goaldy mentioned. Can you be from Canada more.
