  1. Always impressed by the work Thor puts in, and how he retains the info even years later. I’d love to see Thor in the Vikings war room on draft night giving his input.

  2. All of these drafts aren't what the Vikings would do, they are what Thor would do. I dont think the Vikings are drafting a safety at 18 or reaching for Thors personal "undervalued" prospects.

  3. C- really unrealistic with the goofy trades. Thor is pigeonholed on Thienemann and basically any scenario where he’s on the board he’s the pick. You have him way overrated and he’s not Harrison Smith or a capable replacement.

  4. Declan and Mackey are too quick to disagree with Judd. Thor, you’re my guy, but you did not fully disclose all the reasons for the red marker by Judd. There was more than just him walking out on his team, which is bad enough. I’m gonna have to give a thumbs down to my guy, Thor and also to Declan and Mackey for their premature approval without doing their due diligence and asking the questions to get all pertinent information 👎👎👎

  5. Would much prefer an offense heavier early round strategy. Flores has shown he can succeed with sub par talent and our offensive talent is severely lacking! Hock is not the same player anymore and our receiving corps is depleted behind the top two. Don’t love these picks at all.

  6. How would Coleman fit into this offense? He seems like he would skillset overlap a lot with Mason and hardly any with Jones- with Jones being the one I thought we were looking to replace?

  7. Yall been talking about needing an explosive running back all offseason but every mock draft you take one of the least explosive running backs in the draft

  8. I want to see Thor do a mock draft where he can’t draft anyone he has drafted in a previous mock draft. Every mock seems to have similar players. See if he can hit all of our needs but with completely different players.

  9. The biggest flaws with who you took here can be explained away pretty easily. Big Citrus and Barham would need to be swapped. You've got their value inverted. Everyone wants Heidenreich so that's not likely.

What you didn't take is what hurts us. You only drafted one safety which is a huge miss. That means either Jay Ward or Theo Jackson is starting this year. I want someone to challenge them. You want to draft Jordan Mason 2.0 in Jonah Coleman and two no name WRs late. We can sign replacement level WRs and running backs off the street. We can't do that with Safeties.

  10. Christ was it annoying that you kept skipping over the 88th pick and you were going to accept pick 100 and make a shit trade. You literally kept going from pick 81 to 100. Thank God Thor asked you to check pick 88.

  11. I don’t like how Thor gets fixated on a player or two and doesn’t look at the overall board to see if there’s a better get

  12. All of these "mock experts" have an F at actually picking the right people. Also, Vikings have ROUTINELY had awful drafts since they can't develop any young talent

  13. Stopped watching as soon as I realized you were doing trades. No interest in any mock draft that includes trades. And in real life, I'm even less interested in the Vikings doing any trades. I would be happy if I went the rest of my life without the Vikings ever making a draft day trade again.

  14. For the last 3 drafts virtually every DT has been drafted 5-10 picks earlier than the draft community predicted – 5 went in the first 28 picks in 2025, and 8 went in the top 54 picks in 2024 when the 6 QBs pushed everyone down, and 4 went in the 1st round in 2023, when the experts only predicted 1 was a first rounder.
McDonald is not a reach at 18, and don't be surprised if 3 or 4 DTs go in the 1st round again.

  15. Just some food for thought – Flores is telling us that he is interested in Kayden McDonald, Chris Johnson, Anthony Hill, and Jake Golday, Treydan Stukes and Dominique Orange. KOC is telling us he is interested in Kenyon Sadiq, Emmanuel Pregnon and Chris Brazell, so unless someone unexpected falls we should probably take a cue from those picks, especially at picks 18 and 49.
The last 3 years their top 8 picks have all come from pre-draft meetings – Addison, Mekhi Blackmon, JJM, Turner, the late Khyree Jackson, Donovan Jackson, Tai Felton and Ty Ingram Dawkins.
Last year folks picked Nick Emmanwori, Malaki Starks, Jahdae Barron non stop for the Vikes despite them not looking at any Safeties in the pre-draft process. At some point it might pay to try and start thinking like the team, and what you think they WILL do and not what you think the team SHOULD do.
1st round it looks like they're going McDonald or Sadiq
2nd round looks like – BPA of Stukes, Pregnon, Chris Johnson, Anthony Hill, Jake Golday, Chris Brazell or Dominique Orange
3rd round is likely two of WR, Safety, TE and RB, starting with WR and Safety if they missed either of those in their firsts 2 picks.
I would be surprised if they traded back a bit from pick 49, and or 97 to pick up a 4th round pick
I also wouldn't be surprised if they moved up 6-8 places from pick 163.
It looks like the draft hits an absolute cliff around 150 except for special teamers, maybe WR depth and rotational DTs.
