Trading Chapman for an unknown 25 year old? It's much more than "It doesn't make sense", it's idiotic, foolish and IQ 75 mentality! Keep Chapman, as he will be needed. What doesn't make sense is how little Chapman is getting paid against other closers. $13M? That is criminal! I hope there are serious incentives in his contract that bring him up to par. If Jarren Duran is traded for a #2 or #3 starter, that would be an acceptable deal, as there are 5 men for 3 spots in the outfield. The infield is looking solid, so no moved are necessary, but they may deal Duran for a Gold Glove 2nd baseman. Where does Mayer go in that situation? He's better than the DH role, he is untapped magic.

  7. They've played 11% of their schedule and you're actually submitting this foolishness? Take a month or two off if this is the best you can come up with. You're too young and inexperienced as a RED SOX fan to make these claims, or better yet, copy someone else's claims. Get up off your butt and do something constructive.
