Trade down is the correct move. We’re not 1 player away from competing
2 first round picks is exactly what you want when bringing in a new coaching staff
Trade down, stay put. Don’t care. My expectations is they will fuck it up regardless.

With some analysts saying the Cardinals are a lock for Ty Simpson it seems likely we are trading down.
•**We know they aren’t getting Bailey because he’s still going to the Jets and Reese is too much of a project to take. So cross off Bailey and Reese at 3 if they stay there.**
•**Love is another good option but that’s probably where some teams wanna trade up to get him and I think Mauigoa will draw some red flags for the Cardinals.**
So they probably trade down and get someone Spencer Fano or Caleb Tiernan at OT and draft Ty Simpson at the end of the 1st round. Then in the 2nd I think they’ll get a DT/DE or WR. They had some top 30 visits with some of these guys.
WR:
Reggie Virgil
Chris Brazzell
Caleb Douglas
DT/DE:
Malachi Lawrence
Chris McClellan
Tyler Onyedim
Caleb Banks
Lawrence is gonna be a steal and McClellan and Onyedim would be good DL options and I think Brazzell or Douglas would be good WR4 options. Lawrence, McClellan, or Banks would be good DL targets in the 2nd round and then they could get one of those WR’s in the 3rd round.
Yeah this makes sense with us so heavily tied to Ty Simpson while both not having a bunch of extra picks to trade up easily at the end of the first and having lots of needs.
Theres a lot of good talent in the first if we can get another first round pick again like 2023 fine by me just don’t take a QB this draft, stinks for QBS except Mendoza next year is the draft for QBS
Man no one should be listening to anything coming out during draft week, there’s so much intentional and unintentional misinformation that it’s impossible to distinguish from what might be real.
Like just turn off the sports coverage this week

We fucked up with Peterson in 2007 and we are about to do the same with love…..
Imagine passing on the most talented player in the draft for some “OK” offensive tackle.

If we trade down it’s in this draft let’s say cowboys 12 and 20 who is really in that range that would be a better asset than Love
