Let’s have a little Friday night fun. Let’s go Cards!
Good morning from the Ozark Highlands!!!
Good morning from Bullpen’s new job. It took 10 months but I finally have one again. I get to pass by the beautiful Arch and Busch stadium every morning instead of boring fields of nothing. I just wish 74 trillion other people weren’t doing it at the same time.
I was thinking about this while fueling up my car. Do you think, if you’ve never ran your car to E, there’s still little molecules of gasoline left over from when the car was fueled for the first time after getting off the assembly line?
I always seem to go to this sub earlier in the day when yesterday was an off day.
Man yesterday was rough. No cards baseball is suffering, but guess what today is?
CARDS BASEBALL BAAABY
Tai Peete hit for the cycle yesterday… and peoria put up 24 runs. Wow
Good morning and happy Friday Cardinal nation
And here I was, wondering where we would ever find someone to replace Helsley. Very nice beginning of the season for O’Brien.
154-8 baby, let’s go y’all!
It’s Friday, it’s Coachella weekend 2, and we have cardinals baseball tonight. LFGggg
Walker is gonna park one up on the train tracks tonight. BOOK IT!
Tai Peete hit for the Cycle as the Peoria Chiefs beat the Timber Rattler (Chubs affiliate) 24-7. If he can cut down on the strikeout rate he is going to be a damn good baseball player. He’s only a year older than Rainiel.
Walker is underperforming his xSLG 😃
Just to make you feel good about your team, the Mets have lost eight straight. I’m sure the Mets fans are very understanding.

Between 2022-2024, Ryan Helsley was really good and had 5 games where he faced 3 batters and struck them all out
Mason Miller has already had 5 this season
I would like for Kyle to get an out in the 6th today.
hey guys
1926 St. Louis Cardinals Recap
Game 5
The Cardinals kept up their hot start to the 1926 season today, beating the Chicago Cubs 3-2.
Pete Scott singled and eventually scored on an error for the Cubs in the top of the first. But in the bottom of the first St. Louis scored two runs without a hit when Cub pitcher Tony Kaufman walked the bases loaded. A Jim Bottomley sac fly brought the first run home, and Les Bell scored from third on a play where Rogers Hornsby was out trying to steal second, giving the Cardinals a 2-1 lead.
In the top of the 7th a Gabby Hartnett RBI single tied the game. In the bottom of the 8th Heinie Muller doubled and eventually scored on a Bottomley single to put the Cards back in front 3-2. The Cubs then ran themselves out of a chance to tie the game in the 9th. Howard Freigau led off with a double, but was thrown out at third when trying to advance on a Charlie Grimm ground ball. Cliff Heathcote pinch-ran for Grimm, and was picked off first base to end the game.
The Cardinals improved to 4-1 and remain tied with the Phillies for first place in the National League.
