    If you trade him before he actually hits the floor, teams will still be under the nostalgia of vintage Kyrie. But if you "wait to see what he's got" odds are you will be disappointed and his value will drop just like AD. The chance to build around Coop is now.

  18. 4:21 – I get you saying they need to draft AJ if they get #1 even if it doesn't fit, but what about trading down that pick to like #3 and get an extra first rounder or two for the years they don't control their picks. Like yeah you might pass up on a generational player, but you also already have one and trading down to might get you another, or at least like an all-star, you also get time and future pick so it might not be a bad move.

  30. U Talk about how dallas has not enough assets to build around Cooper but later on want to trade those two cheap for their talent and very longterm contracts Gafford and PJ Washington? Both have easily 5 years of their prime in their tank. Just sign naji Marshall longterm and you have your frontcourt rotation ready (Cooper, PJ, naji For Forward and lively, Gafford for center). Any trade and money later on is to improve the guard position. But honestly: Kyrie, Christie and a rookie that can be kyries apprentice can be brilliant aswell.

  31. Neither the Bucks or T-Wolves have the assets to make a trade for Kyrie. They've already mortgaged their future picks and don't have any appealing players who could be used to match contracts. Houston does, but it would likely be contingent on Fred VanVleet agreeing to be traded to Dallas. I'm not sure who else would benefit and could make a trade work.

    Coops rookie season has gone down as a top 10 rookie season and top 2 in teenage rookies ( maybe best ). Kons fun, but cmon, take away the two players he’s sandwiched between and make him face the best defender and create and he’s not in the convo. Dude had 90% of 3s assisted, 70% of FGs, 400% more unguarded shots than Coop. Levels.
