  1. As a guy that has been born n raised in Utah. Once Mr. Smith brought a NHL team to Utah is FREAKING AWESOME!!! I never knew we had so many hockey fans in my state! My wife had the opportunity to go to her first game yesterday and it was a great experience she said. Much luv to Ryan Smith and of course Pat McAfee and the boy's for putting a spotlight on Utah and what Ryan Smith is doing here in Utah and with the Jazz๐Ÿ€ & Mammoth๐Ÿ’

  2. Itโ€™s no secret the NBA wants the marquee players in big markets. Franchises like the Jazz gotta play the game and create their own luck, and tank just like OKC and Spurs did to build their teams. The whole โ€œintegrityโ€ argument rings hollow when the NBA has been caught in fixing scandals and is currently in bed with gambling companies. The product is entertainment, small markets cant worry about anything other than surviving against the odds

  3. I love Ryan and what heโ€™s done for the state but he got one thing wrong: we do have a hockey culture here weโ€™ve had youth hockey, high school, college club teams and minor league teams since the 1960โ€™s

  4. This generation makes everything into something it's not. I'm a player, fan ,coach. Let me ask what happens at the end of a game you know your going to lose? You put in your bench to give them some experience and joy, possibility for the next game. So what's the obvious thing to do when the season is pretty much over, same as above. The only problem at the moment is effort from players, top ones to be exact. They don't want to try to hard in case they fail, just like society at the moment. If it's too hard it's not aligned with people apparently.

  5. Sorry, we were tanking. The NBA needed to look at this. He does have a point on what the League needs to look into to keep the quality and competitiveness up.
